Inflatable jump mattresses are ideal for emergency situations where the access to stairs or danger locations is difficult, or even if the time is limited to fulfill that access. It has a high strength inflatable structure made in PVC fabric flame retardant and its inflation is made through bottles of compressed air with 300 bar. The mattress opens between 30 to 120 seconds (depending on chosen model) and allows a fast evacuation of people at risk.
Operational pressure of pipe structure is sufficiently high to ensure delayed utilizations without there being a constant need to restore the pressure to the mattress. When it is inflating, the air came in between two horizontal chambers, throw vents that are located in side walls. The pressure made by a person fall deforms, temporarily, the mattress center. The mattress air – and not the pipes structure – is forced to get out and the impact is cushioned. By removing the person, the mattress recovers its regular shape in a few seconds.
The mattress can be placed in all kind of surfaces, even in gravel or sidewalk floors, should be avoided sharp objects such as stones, glasses, etc.
