When activated, hydrostatics allows the inflation of the lifejackets, even at the lowest temperatures, thus ensuring the safety of their users at the sea.
These have a waterproof valve, preventing the inflator from being triggered by rain, spray, water splashes or moisture. They are attached to a cylindrical air bottle, protected against corrosion and placed inside the vest.
They can be manual or manual/automatic, depending on your choice of preference and use given to the vests. The automatic lifejackets are activated at a depth of 10cm in the water, and fit in about 4 to 5 seconds while the manual lifejackets are activated, when pulling the red cable. The automatic lifejackets also have a red cable for manual activation if there is any obstacle to automatic activation.
Characteristics of the insufflators:
· Safety valve
· Cylindrical air bottle protected against corrosion
· Does not require regular maintenance (maintenance every 5 years, unless activated or used)
· Fast inflation even at low temperatures
· Easy to rearm
· Simple verification
· Small and lightweight
